By accessing or using Calculatree, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Estimates only — not professional advice
The calculators and content on Calculatree provide estimates for general information purposes only. They are not financial, legal, tax, accounting, medical, or other professional advice, and must not be relied upon as such. Results depend on the assumptions and figures you enter and on formulas that may not reflect your specific circumstances or current law. Always consult a qualified professional before making decisions. You are solely responsible for any actions you take based on the site.
“As is” — no warranty
The site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. You may use the calculators for your personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content or design without our prior written permission.

The site may contain links to third-party websites and services that we do not control. We are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices. Accessing them is at your own risk and subject to their terms.

Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta, Canada, and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Alberta for any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the site.
